How FitPlanner handles your data
This Privacy Policy explains how FitPlanner ("App", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our Android app and related services.
1. Who We Are
FitPlanner is a fitness planning and workout tracking service.

Profile information
Date of birth, gender, height, weight, and workout experience level.
Workout and routine data
Workout dates, sessions, routine notes, selected exercises, tracking values, equipment sets, and completion times.
Routine request input
Body-part selection, routine duration, stretching preference, and optional custom requirements.
Technical metadata
App version, OS, time zone, language, IP address, derived country, and Google Play install referrer value.
Diagnostics and support
Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics events and support/account-recovery messages you provide.
Android permission scope: the app currently requests network access (INTERNET) for service communication.
3. How We Collect Information
- Directly from you during signup, profile updates, routine creation, workout tracking, support, and account recovery.
- Automatically from app/device headers and backend logs (for example UID, app version, OS, language, time zone, IP).
- From integrated services such as Google Play Install Referrer and Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain account, profile, workout, and equipment features.
- Personalize routine recommendations and workout flows.
- Generate AI-assisted routines using relevant profile and workout context.
- Monitor performance, investigate errors, and improve product quality.
- Support account recovery and respond to inquiries.
- Protect service integrity and enforce minimum-version requirements.
5. AI Processing
For AI routine features, we may process profile and workout context such as gender, height, weight, experience level, selected equipment, selected body parts, recent completed workout summaries, language, and optional custom requirements.
We also keep internal usage and token-cost logs for AI operations and monitoring.
7. Data Retention
We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain account history, troubleshoot issues, and satisfy legal or operational requirements. Retention periods vary by data type.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- You can update profile and personalization data in app settings.
- You can request account/data deletion from the app or by contacting support.
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on infrastructure and service providers. We apply reasonable protections for transferred data.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

FitPlanner is not directed to children under 13 (or a higher minimum age required by local law). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
